We are a leading and recognized study and thesis guidance institute and market leader in the Netherlands. Students are our number one priority. On an annual basis, we support approximately 1,000 students with about 60 professionals in their studies and the completion of their (HBO or university) bachelor’s or master’s thesis. Our professionals are academically trained and often have experience in education, practice, and some of us are also PhD holders. We are primarily hired by students. Additionally, students can utilize their educational budget with us, and we collaborate with various companies, for example, through strategic partnerships, and educational institutions (acting as assessors, tutors, or examiners).

The quality of our services always comes first, and we continuously strive for it. Making good agreements facilitates communication, ensures quality, and provides transparency and clarity to all parties involved. Topscriptie believes these agreements should be flexible enough to responsibly offer thesis guidance.

Our core values are guidance (positive motivation and trust), insights (through learning) and development. We do not write parts of the thesis, but we stimulate students to write their thesis themselves. For Topscriptie, offering quality and student welfare is paramount, starting with the selection of motivated and academic thesis supervisors who can provide the right guidance. Our quality requirements contribute to further professionalization of thesis supervisors, enabling Topscriptie to increasingly establish itself as a valued partner with educational partners, companies, and the market. Our core tasks include always positively motivating and ensuring that all supervisors continue to apply this. A positive working atmosphere must always be created by the supervisor. We also have supervisors with specialties such as experience with certain learning difficulties (anxiety, ADHD, autism, dyslexia, mental health issues such as depression, etc.).

CSR

Topscriptie aims to engage in as much corporate social responsibility (CSR) as possible. We collaborate with supervisors throughout the country so that students (and our thesis supervisors) do not have to travel far. Preferably, we read and guide digitally, minimizing printing as much as possible to reduce environmental impact. We also strive to contribute to society as much as possible and offer discounts on our services to charities such as the UAF.

Lvsi

We consider the quality of guidance important and are therefore affiliated with the LVSi, the National Association of Study Guidance Institutes. LVSI is the only trade association for institutions offering study and thesis guidance. This affiliation allows us to continue developing and learning. Additionally, we can involve the LVSi complaints committee when there is a complaint that we cannot resolve together with the student.
